| Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— | |
| 1 . This Act may he cited as the "Constitution (Amendment) Act, 1925 ," and shall be read with the Constitution Act, 1902, as amended by subsequent Acts. | |
| 2 . The Constitution Act, 1902, is amended by inserting at the end of section sixteen the following | |
| paragraph :— |

The word " p e r s o n " in this section shall be construed as including a woman whether married
or unmarried.
