BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . Tins Act may he cited as the "Constitution
Amendment Act, 1914."
2 . Nothing in section twenty-six or section twenty- seven of the Constitution Act, 1902, shall he deemed to have extended or shall extend to any person who lias accepted or held or may hereafter accept or hold
