AN ACT to amend the Constitution Acts

Amendment Act, 1899-1975.

[Assented to 20th November, 1975.1

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution Shout title

Section 37 of the principal Act is amended by

substituting for the word "twelve" in line two of the

proviso to that section, the word "thirteen".

Section 43 of the principal Act is amended by

substituting for the word "twelve"

(a)

in line one of subsection (1); and

(b)

in lines one and three of subsection (2),

the word "thirteen", in each case.
