AN ACT to amend section 46 of the Constitution
Acts Amendment Act, 1899-1975.
[Assented to 31st October, 1977.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution Short title

| Section 46 | 2. Section 46 of the principal Act is amended |

| (a) | as to subsection (2), by deleting the comma after the word "revenue" in line three; |
| (b) | as to subsection (7), by deleting the words "and any provision therein dealing with any other matter shall be of no effect", in lines two, three, and four; and |
| (c) | by repealing subsection (9) and re-enacting it as follows |
(9) Any failure to observe any provision of this section shall not be taken to affect the validity of any Act whether enacted before or after the coming into operation of the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1977. .
