AMENDMENT.

No. 15 of 1975.

AN ACT to amend the Constitution Acts Amend-

ment Act, 1899-1974.

[Assented to 9th May, 1975.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution

and citation.

2. Section 38 of the principal Act is amended by adding after the words "this Act" appearing at the end of the first proviso to the section, the words "or if that office be that of Parliamentary Secretary of the Cabinet".
