AN ACT to amend the Constitution Acts Amend-

ment Act, 1899-1955.

[Assented to 19th September, 1958.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution and citation.

Acts Amendment Act,1958.

(2)

In this Act the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899-1955, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899-1958.

amended.	2. Section forty-one A of the principal Act is
(No. 52 of

1995, s. 3.) amended

(a)	by adding after the passage "Honorary Minister" in line nine the passage ", or who is approved by the Governor as a represen- tative of either House of Parliament or of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Associa- tion"; and
(b)	by adding after the word "Council" in line sixteen the words "or as such represen- tative".
