[ASSENTED TO 12TH DEOEMBER, 1935.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty) by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as " The Constitution Act Short title. Amendment Act of 1935." 2.
