AN ACT to amend the Constitution Act, 1889 and the Constitution Act Amendment Act, 1900, where necessary for the purpose of reprinting the Constitution Act, 1889.

[Assented to 3rd December, 1963.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution

Act Amendment Act, 1963.

by inserting, immediately after the section number, Mended.

5. Section three of the amending Act is amended	S. 3 of
