AN ACT to amend Sections forty-three and forty-five and the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title and

This Act may be cited as the Constitution Act Amend- ment Act, 1927, and shall be read as one with the Con-

stitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, and shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

Section forty-three of the principal Act is hereby

amended by substituting the word "eight" for the word

"six" in subsections one and two thereof respectively.

Section forty-five of the principal Act is hereby amended by substituting the words "twenty-one thousand two hundred" for the words "fifteen thousand four hun- dred."
