AN ACT to amend Sections forty-three and forty-five and the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

This Act may be cited as the Constitution Act Amend- ment Act, 1927, and shall be read as one with the Con-

Section forty-three of the principal Act is hereby

amended by substituting the word "eight" for the word

"six" in subsections one and two thereof respectively.

Section forty-five of the principal Act is hereby amended by substituting the words "twenty-one thousand two hundred" for the words "fifteen thousand four hun- dred."

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended by substituting for the word "six" the word "eight," and by substituting for the figures "1700, 1400, 1400. 6200, and 15400," the figures "2300, 2000, 2000, 8200, and

fourth Schedule.
