AN ACT to further amend the Constitution

Act, 1889.

[Assented to 16th February, 1.911.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

1E3with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in. this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution Act A in endment

Act, 1911.

Section fifteen of the Constitution Acts Amendment Act. Amendment of 63

Viet.,

No. 19, 8. 15.

1899, is amended as follows:—

(a.)

By omitting the words " one hundred in subsection one,

and inserting " fifty in place thereof ;

(b.)

B y omitting the words " twenty-five " in subsections two, three, five, and six, and inserting the word " seventeen," i.n place thereof, in each of the said subsections.
