E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1, Section 2 of "The Constitution Amendment Act, 1899," is Repeal.

hereby repealed.

2. No Member of either House of the Parliament of the Com- Disqualification of
