CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—REGULATION

(Relating to the Governor’s salary)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 91 of the Constitution Act 1902, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 25 November 1994.

Amendment

2. The Governor’s Salary Regulation 1990 is amended by omitting

clause 2 and by inserting instead the following clause:

Governor’s salary

2. The annual amount payable for the salary of a Governor is

$92,700.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase the annual amount payable for the salary

of the Governor from $90,000 to $92,700 with effect from 25 November 1994.

This Regulation is made under section 91 (Governor’s salary) of the Constitution Act
