CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	remove the group of staff comprising inspectors under the Industrial Relations Act 1991 from the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination and add that group of staff to the Department of Industrial Relations;
(b)	remove from the Department of Training and Education Co- ordination the following branches and add them to the Department of Industrial Relations:

(i) Legislation and Advisings
(ii) Women and Work Unit

(iii) Library;

(c) remove from the Department of Public Works and Services the Business Land Group and add it to the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning.
