By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove the Ageing and Disability Directorate from the Department of Community Services and add it to the Ageing and Disability Department.
