CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

change the name of the Department of Aged and Disability Services to the “Ageing and Disability Department”;

(b)

remove the New South Wales Probation Service from the Attorney General’s Department and add it to the Department of Corrective Services.
