I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove from all Departments the groups of staff comprising Ministers’ private offices and add those groups of staff to the Premier’s Department.
