I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove the Public Employment Office from the Premier’s Department and establish that Office as a Department with the name “Public Employment Office”.
