I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove from the Public Trust Office the Office of the Protective Commissioner and Public Guardian and add it to the Attorney General’s Department.
