I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance to Section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove the Economics and Housing Finance Branch from the Department of Housing and add it to the Home Purchase Assistance Authority.
