I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on and from 1 July 1994, remove the Complaints Unit from the Department of Health and establish it as an Administrative Office attached to the Health Care Complaints Commission and responsible to the Minister for Health.
