I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove from the Department of Housing the group of staff attached to the Building Services Corporation and establish that group of staff as an Administrative Office with the name “Building Services Corporation”.
