CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

remove all branches from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Women's Affairs (except for the following) and add them to the Department of School Education:

Minister's personal staff
Office of Youth Affairs
Women's Co-ordination Unit
Aboriginal Education Consultative Group
Croup of staff attached to the Board of Studies

Group of staff attached to the Music Examinations Advisory

Board

(b)

change the name of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Women's Affairs to the "Office of Education and Youth Affairs";
