CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

abolish the Lands Titles Office as an Administrative Office and add it to the Department of Conservation and Land Management as a branch of that Department;

(b)

remove all branches from and abolish the Valuer-General’s Department and add those branches to the Department of Conservation and Land Management.
