CONSTITUTION ACT 1902 - PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect immediately after the commencement of the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990:

(a)

establish the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education;

(b)

remove all branches from, and abolish, the Department of Industrial Relations and add those branches to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education;

(c)

remove all branches from, and abolish, the Department of Further Education, Training and Employment and add those branches to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education.
