CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on and from 1 July 1993:

(a)

establish the Urban Parks Agency as an Administrative Office responsible to the Minister for the Environment;

(b)

remove all branches from and abolish the Bicentennial Park Trust as an Administrative Office and add those branches to the Urban Parks Agency;

(c)

remove all branches from and abolish the Centennial Park Trust as an Administrative Office and add those branches to the Urban Parks Agency.
