CONSTITUTION ACT 1902 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	establish the Department of Bush Fire Services as a Department;
(b)	remove all branches from, and abolish, the Administrative Office consisting of the group of staff attached to the Bush Fire Council and add those branches to the Department of Bush Fire Services.
