CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, establish the Ministry of Housing, Planning and Urban Affairs as a Department responsible to the Minister for Planning, and Housing.
