CONSTITUTION ACT 1902 - PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

change the name of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs to the "Ministry of School Education and Youth Affairs";

(b)

change the name of the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment to the "Department of Industrial Relations";

(c)

change the name of the Department of Technical and Further Education to the "Department of Further Education, Training and Employment".
