CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	change the name of the Ministry of Health and Community Services to the “Ministry for Health”;
(b)	remove from the Ministry for Health the Social Policy Directorate and establish it as an Administrative Office responsible to the Minister for Community Services.
