CONSTITUTION ACT 1902—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, remove aIl branches (including the group of staff attached

to the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Health) from and abolish the Ministry for Health and add those branches to the Department of Health.
