proroguing the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly

By this proclamation, I, the Administrator, acting under section 3 of the Constitution Act 1889, prorogue the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly as from the time of the publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette on 4 August 2000 until 8 August 2000.

summoning the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly

By this proclamation, I, the Administrator, acting under section 3 of the Constitution Act 1889, fix Parliament House in the City of Perth on 8 August 2000 at 11.00 a.m. as the place and time for holding the 4th Session of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly in the 35th Parliament.
