the re shall and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be g ran ted to H e r Majes ty for t h e said services t h e s u m of Three hund red and five t housand pounds to be expended a t t h e ra tes which have been sanctioned for t he year one t housand e ight h u n d r e d and seventy-e ight subject to t he r a t e of a n y
| reduct ion t h a t m a y hereafter be | made in t h e expendi ture of t h e year |
one thousand eight hund red a n d seventy-nine.
| 2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay t h e said s u m for t h e | ser |
vices aforesaid in such m a n n e r a n d in such proportions as t h e Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing unde r his h a n d and directed to t he said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order a n d direct A n d t h e paymen t s so to be made shall be charged upon and payable o u t of t h e

3 . The Treasurer shal l in his accounts from t i m e to t ime be allowed credit for al l sums of money paid by h i m in pursuance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d t h e receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m the same shall be so paid shall be full and val id discharges to t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be there in ment ioned a n d he shall receive credit for t h e same accordingly.
