An Act to apply certain Sums out of the Con­ solidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales towards the Services of the Year 1876. [27th June, 1876.]

and loyal subjects

t h e advice and consent of t h e Legislat ive Council a n d Legislative Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by t h e au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—

1. Out of t h e Consolidated Revenue P u n d of N e w South Wales the re shall and may be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good the supply so resolved to be gran ted to H e r Majesty for t he service of t h e m o n t h of J u n e in t he year one thousand eight h u n d r e d and seventy-six t he s u m of One h u n d r e d and eighty-six thousand e ight hundred and sixty-five pounds to be expended at the ra tes which have been sanctioned for t he year one thousand eight hundred and seventy- five subject to t he ra te of any reduct ion t ha t m a y hereafter be m a d e in t h e expendi ture of t h e year one thousand e ight hundred and seventy-six.

2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay t h e said sum for t h e services aforesaid in such m a n n e r and in such proport ions as t h e

Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing unde r his h a n d and directed to the said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d the paymen t s so to be m a d e shall be charged upon and payable out of t he Consolidated Revenue P u n d of t he Colony.

3 . The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by h i m in pursuance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d the receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m t h e same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to t h e said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shal l be there in ment ioned and h e shall receive credit for t he same accordingly.
