An Act to apply certain Sums out of the Con­ solidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales towards the Services of the Year 1880. [30th April, 1880.]

in P a r l i a m e n t assembled have resolved to g r a n t to your Majes ty t h e

s u m of E o u r h u n d r e d and forty-five t housand three h u n d r e d a n d

seventy-nine pounds t h a t is to say—

Colony from the first to t h e th i r t i e th of Apr i l one t h o u s a n d

The s u m of one h u n d r e d and th i r ty-seven thousand pounds for t h e services set forth in t he Schedule here to annexed

A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of t he Consolidated Revenue E u n d of N e w South W a l e s t h e s u m so granted to H e r Majes ty B e i t

therefore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Most Exce l l en t Majes ty by a n d w i t h

t h e advice a n d consent of t he Legislat ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled a n d by t h e au tho r i t y of t h e same as follows :—

the re shal l and may be issued and appl ied for or towards m a k i n g good the supply so resolved to be gran ted to H e r Majesty for t h e said several services t he s u m of E o u r h u n d r e d a n d forty-five thousand th ree h u n d r e d and seventy-nine pounds of which t h e sum of Three h u n d r e d and e igh t thousand th ree h u n d r e d and seventy-nine pounds is to be expended a t the ra tes wh ich have been sanct ioned for t h e year one thousand e ight h u n d r e d and seventy-nine subject to t h e ra te of a n y

reduc t ion t h a t m a y hereafter be made in t h e expendi tu re of t he year

one thousand e ight hund red and eighty and One h u n d r e d and t h i r t y - seven thousand pounds for t h e services specified in t h e Schedule here to annexed .

2. T h e Treasurer shal l issue and pay the said s u m for t h e

services aforesaid in such m a n n e r a n d in such propor t ions as t h e

Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing unde r his h a n d a n d

directed to t h e said Treasurer shall f rom t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e p a y m e n t s so to be m a d e shall be charged upon and payable

out of t he Consolidated l l c v c n u e F u n d of t he Colony.

3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such "Warrants or Orders A n d the receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m the same shall be so paid shal l he full and val id discharges to t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be the re in men t ioned and he shall receive credit for t h e same accordingly.
