An Act to apply certain sums out of the Con solidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales towards the Services of the Year 1880. [22nd March, 1880.]

in P a r l i a m e n t assembled have resolved to g r a n t to Y o u r Majesty t h e
s u m of Three h u n d r e d a n d eighty- l ive t housand th ree h u n d r e d a n d seventy-nine pounds t h a t is to say :—-

Colony from t h e first to t h e thir ty-f i rs t of M a r c h one

A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of t he Consolidated R e v e n u e
E u n d of N e w South W a l e s t h e s u m so gran ted to H e r Majesty Be i t therefore enacted by t h e Q u e e n ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majesty by and wi th t h e advice and consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by t h e au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :— 1. O u t of t he Consolidated R e v e n u e E u n d of N e w South Wales
the re shall and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e suprdy so resolved to be gran ted to H e r Majesty for t he said several services t h e s u m of Three h u n d r e d a n d eighty-five t housand t h r ee
h u n d r e d and seventy-nine pounds of which t h e sum of Three hund red and e ight thousand three h u n d r e d a n d seventy-nine pounds is to bo expended a t t h e ra tes which have been sanctioned for t he year one thousand e ight h u n d r e d a n d seventy-nine subject to t h e ra te of any reduc t ion t h a t m a y hereaf ter be made in t h e expendi tu re of t he year one t housand e ight hund red a n d e ighty and Seventy-seven thousand pounds for t h e services specified in t he Schedule here to annexed .
3. The Treasurer shal l iu his accounts from t ime to t ime be al lowed credi t for all sums of money paid by h im in pur suance of such "Warrants or Orders A n d the receipts of the respect ive persons to whom t h e same shall be so paid shal l be full a n d valid discharges to t h e said Treasurer in jiassing his said accounts for such sums as shal l be there in ment ioned and he shall receive credit for t h e same accordingly. S C H E D U L E . 2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay t h e said sum for t he services aforesaid in such m a n n e r and in such proport ions as t h e Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d and directed to t h e said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e paymen t s so to be m a d e shal l be charged u p o n and payable
