An Act to apply certain sums out of the Con­ solidated Revenue F u n d towards the Services of the Year 1910-1911, and out of t he Publ ic Works Fund ; and for Services to be here­ after provided for by Loan. [1st December, 1910.]

W H E R E A S in P a r l i a m e n t assembled, have resolved to gran t to Your Majesty the
we Your Majesty 's most dut i ful and loyal subjects ,

t he Members of the Legis la t ive Assembly of New South Wales

sum of One mill ion one hundred and one thousand nine hundred and

th i r ty pounds , t h a t is to say—

Out of the Consolidated R e v e n u e F u n d , the sum of Seven hundred

a n d th i r ty -one thousand live hund red pounds , be ing the s u m
requi red to defray t he expenses of t he various D e p a r t m e n t s

and Services of t he Sta te d u r i n g the m o n t h of December ,
or following m o n t h of t h e financial year ending th i r t i e th day
of J u n o , one thousand nine h u n d r e d and eleven ; a n d the

sum of Th i r ty - th ree thousand four h u n d r e d and t h i r t y pounds for t he Services set forth in Schedule A here to annexed ; and the s u m of Three h u n d r e d and twelve thousand five hund red pounds for the Services set for th in Schedule B

hereto annexed .

O u t of the Public W o r k s F u n d , the sum of Twenty-four thousand five hundred pounds for t he Services set forth in Schedule C here to annexed :

A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of the said F u n d s the s u m so g ran ted to H i s Majes ty : Be it therefore enacted by t h e K i n g ' s Most Exce l l en t Majesty, by and wi th the advice and consent of the Legislat ive Council and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled, and by the au thor i ty of t he same, as follows :—

1 .     Out of t he Consolidated P e v e n u e Fund of N e w South Wales

the re shall and may be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be granted to His Majes ty , t he s u m of One mil l ion and seventy-seven thousand four hund red and th i r ty pounds , of which the sum of Seven hundred and th i r ty -one thousand five hundred pounds is to be expended a t t he ra tes which have been sanctioned for the financial year ended th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand n ine hundred and ten, to defray t he expenses of the various D e p a r t m e n t s and Services of t he State d u r i n g t h e m o n t h of December or following m o n t h of the financial year end ing th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand nine hundred and eleven, subject to t he ra te of a n y reduct ion t ha t m a y hereafter be made in t he expend i tu re of t he year 1 9 1 0 - 1 9 1 1 , and the sum of Th i r ty - th ree t housand four hund red and th i r ty pounds is to be expended for t he Services specified in Schedule A here to annexed , and the s u m of Three hund red and twelve thousand five hundred pounds is to be expended for t he Services specified in

Schedule B here to annexed .
2 . Ou t of t he P u b l i c W o r k s Fund the re shall and may he

issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be gran ted to H i s Majesty the s u m of Twenty- four thousand five hund red pounds for the Services specified in Schedule C hereto annexed .

3 . The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sums for t he Services aforesaid in such m a n n e r and in such proport ions as t he Governor, by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing unde r his hand, and directed to the said Treasurer , shall from t ime to t ime order and direct. A n d the paymen t s so to be made shall be charged upon and

paid o u t of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and t h e Pub l ic W o r k s
F u n d respectively.

4 . The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be al lowed credit for all sums of money paid by h im in pursuance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders . And the receipts of t he respect ive persons to w h o m the same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to t he said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be there in ment ioned, and he shall receive credit for t he same accordingly .
