1. Ou t of t he Consolidated R e v e n u e Fund of N e w South Wales
the re shall and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be gran ted to H i s Majes ty , the sum of Two millions two hundred and th i r ty-s ix thousand two hundred and n ine ty pounds , of which the sum of Two mil l ions one hundred and twenty-s ix thousand two hundred a n d n ine ty pounds is to be expended a t t he ra tes which are shown on the Es t ima tes for the financial year end ing th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand n ine hundred and ten, as laid upon the Table of t he House , to defray the expenses of t he various D e p a r t m e n t s and Services of t he State d u r i n g the m o n t h s of October,

3 . The Treasurer shall issue and pay t h e said sums for the

Governor, by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing unde r his hand, and directed to the said Treasurer , shall from t ime to t ime order and direct . A n d the paymen t s so to be made shall be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated R e v e n u e Fund and t h e Pub l ic Works

| 4 . The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be |
al lowed credit for all sums of money paid by h im in pursuance of such
| w h o m the same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges | W a r r a n t s or Orders. A n d the receipts of the respect ive persons to |
| to t he said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be there in ment ioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly . |
