we Y o u r Majes ty ' s most dut i ful and loyal subjects,

s u m of Three mil l ions seven hundred and seventy-six thousand e igh t

h u n d r e d and e ighty pounds , t h a t is to say—

O u t of t h e Consolidated Revenue F u n d , the s u m of Two millions and fifteen thousand one hundred and th i r ty pounds , be ing t h e s u m required to defray t he expenses of the various D e p a r t m e n t s and Services of the State dur ing the m o n t h s of

J u l y , Augus t , and September , or following m o n t h of t he

financial year end ing th i r t ie th day of J u n e , one thousand n ine hundred and t en ; and the s u m of One mil l ion four hund red and seventy-s ix thousand five hundred pounds for t h e Services set forth in Schedule A here to annexed.

Services set for th in Schedule B here to annexed :

A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of the said funds the sum so g ran ted to H i s Majes ty : Be it therefore enacted b y t h e King ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majes ty , by and with the advice and consent of the Legis la t ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South "Wales in P a r l i a m e n t assembled, and by the au thor i ty of t he same, as follows :—

1. Ou t of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of N e w South Wales

the re shall and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good the supply so resolved to be g ran ted to H i s Majesty, the s u m of Three mil l ions four hund red and n ine ty-one thousand six hund red and th i r ty pounds , of which the s u m of Two mil l ions and fifteen thousand one hundred and t h i r t y pounds is to be expended a t the rates which have been sanct ioned for the financial year ended th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand n ine h u n d r e d and nine , to defray t he expenses of t h e various D e p a r t m e n t s and Services of t he Sta te du r ing the m o n t h s of J u l y ,

Augus t , and September , or following m o n t h of t he financial year

end ing th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand n ine hund red and ten , subject to t he ra te of any reduct ion t h a t may hereaf ter be made in t he expend i tu re of the year 1909-1910 , and the s u m of One million four h u n d r e d and seventy-s ix thousand five hundred pounds is to be expended for t h e Services specified in Schedule A here to annexed .

2. Ou t of the Pub l i c "Works Fund the re shall and m a y be issued a n d applied for or towards m a k i n g good the supply so resolved to be gran ted to H i s Majes ty t he sum of Two hund red and eighty-five thousand two hund red and fifty pounds for the Services specified in Schedule B hereto annexed.

3 . The Treasurer shal l issue and pay the said sums for the

Services aforesaid in such m a n n e r and in such propor t ions as t he Governor, by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his hand, and directed to t h e said Treasurer , shal l from t ime to t ime order and

direct. A n d t h e p a y m e n t s so to be m a d e shal l be charged upon and
paid	ou t of the Consolidated R e v e n u e Fund and t h e Pub l ic W o r k s

Fund respectively.

4 . The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be

allowed credi t for all sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders . A n d the receipts of the respect ive persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to the said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be therein ment ioned, and he shall receive credit for t he same accordingly.
