An Act to apply certain sums out of the Con solidated Revenue Fund and the Public Works Fund towards the Services of the
Year 190(5-1907 ; and for Services to be here
Out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund, the sum of One million one hundred and sixty-six thousand pounds, being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November after provided for bv Loan. [29/// September,

WH E R E A S we Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of One million three hundred and twenty-seven thousand and five hundred pounds, that is to say :—
November or following; month of the financial year ending thirtieth June , one thousand nine hundred and seven ; and the sum of forty thousand pounds for the Services set forth in Schedule A hereto annexed.
Out of the Public "Works Pund, the sum of One hundred and twenty-one thousand five hundred pounds, for the Services
set forth in Schedule 1? hereto annexed :
And whereas we desire to make good out of the said funds the sum so granted to I l is Majesty : Pe it therefore enacted by the King's Most
Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. Out of the Consolidated Revenue Pund of New South Wales
there shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making
good the supply so resolved to be granted to His Majesty, the sum of
One million two hundred and six thousand pounds, of which the sum
of One million one hundred and sixty-six thousand pounds is to be
expended at the rates which arc shown on the Estimates for the financial year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seven, as laid upon the Table of the House, to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November or following month, subject to the rate of any reduction that may hereafter be made in the expenditure
for the said year; and the sum of Eorty thousand pounds is to be
expended for the Services specified in Schedule A hereto annexed.
2. Out of the Public AVorks Pund there shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply so resolved to be granted to His Majesty the sum of One hundred and twenty-one thousand five hundred pounds for the Services specified in Schedule B hereto annexed.
3. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sums for the
Services aforesaid in such manner and in such proportion as the
| directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and | Governor, by Warrants or Orders in writing under his hand, and |
| direct. And the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Pund and the Public AVorks Pund respectively. | |
| 4. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to time be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by him in pursuance of such Warrants or Orders. And the receipts of the respective persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to the said Treasurer in passing his accounts for such sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. |
