m a k e <>;ood out of t he Consolidated R e v e n u e P u n d of N e w South Wales

t h e s u m so gi 'antcd to H e r Majes ty B e i t therefore enacted by the

Queen ' s Most Exce l l en t Majes ty by and wi th t he advice and consent of t h e Legislat ive Council and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in P a r l i a m e n t assembled a n d by t h e au thor i ty of t he same as fo l lows :—

1. O u t of the Consolidated R e v e n u e Fund of N e w Sou th W a l e s

t he r e shal l and may be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be granted to H e r Majesty for t h e said several Services t h e s u m of Five h u n d r e d and t e n thousand pounds to be expended a t t h e rates which have been sanct ioned for t h e year one t housand e igh t h u n d r e d a n d eighty- l ive inclusive of t h e a n n u a l increases on salaries for t h a t year proAdded for by t h e " Civil Service A c t of 1 8 8 1 " subject to t he r a t e of a n y reduc t ion t h a t m a y hereafter

be m a d e in t he expendi tu re of t h e year one thousand e ight	hundred
and	e ighty-s ix .
2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay t h e said s u m for t h e Services aforesaid in such m a n n e r	and in such proport ions as t he

Governor b y W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d and directed to t h e said Treasurer shal l f rom t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e p a y m e n t s so to be made shal l be charged u p o n a n d payable

3 . The Treasurer shal l i n his accounts from t ime to t ime be allowed credi t for all sums of money pa id by h i m in pur suance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d the receipts of the respective persons to Avhom t h e same shal l be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be the re in ment ioned a n d he shall receive credit for t he same accordingly .
