Queen ' s Mos t Exce l len t Majesty by and wi th t he advice and consent of t h e Legislat ive Counci l and Legislat ive Assembly of New South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—
1. Ou t of t h e Consolidated Revenue Fund of N e w South Wales
the re shall and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supplies so resolved to be gran ted to H e r Majesty for t h e Service of t h e m o n t h s of Feb rua ry M a r c h Apr i l M a y and J u n e in t h e year one t housand e ight hund red and seventy-two the s u m of six hund red and forty-one thousand five h u n d r e d pounds to be expended a t t h e rates which have been sanctioned for t he year one thousand eight hundred a n d seventy-one subject to t he ra te of any reduct ion t h a t m a y hereafter

2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sum for t h e services aforesaid in such m a n n e r a n d in such proport ions as t h e Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d and directed to the said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d the paymen t s so to he made shall he charged upon a n d payable out of t he Consolidated Revenue F u n d of t he Colony.
3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t ime be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by h i m in pursuance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d t h e receipts of t he respective persons to w h o m the same shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be there in ment ioned and he shall receive credit for t h e same accordingly.
