to Your Majes ty Be i t therefore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majesty by and wi th t h e advice and consent of t h e Legislat ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au tho r i t y of t h e same as follows :—
1. O u t of the Consolidated R e v e n u e F u n d of N e w South Wales
the re shall and m a y be issued a n d appl ied for or towards m a k i n g good t h e supply so resolved to be g ran ted to H e r Majesty t h e sum of Eifty thousand pounds towards t he said service for t h e year one thousand

2. The Treasure r shal l issue a n d pay t h e said s u m for t h e service aforesaid in such m a n n e r a n d in such proport ions as t he Governor by W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d a n d directed to t h e said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e paymen t s so to be made shall be charged u p o n and payable out of

3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t ime to t i m e be allowed credit for al l sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d the receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m t h e same shal l be so paid shal l be ful l a n d val id discharges to the said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be the re in men t ioned and h e shal l receive credi t for t h e same accordingly.
