solidated Revenue F u n d of N e w South

Wales towards the Services of the Year

1881. [10th February, 1881.]
WH E R E A S t h e Members of the Legislat ive Assembly of N e w South Wales
we Y o u r Majes ty ' s mos t dut iful and loyal subjects
in Pa r l i amen t assembled have resolved to g ran t to Y o u r Majes ty t h e
s u m of Five h u n d r e d and th i r ty - two thousand e ight hundred and

eleven pounds t h a t is to say—

The s u m of Three hund red a n d th i r ty -n ine thousand pounds being
t h e s u m required to defray t he expenses of t h e var ious

D e p a r t m e n t s and Services of t h e Colony from t h e first to

t h e thirty-first J a n u a r y one thousand eight hund red and
e ighty-one A n d
T h e s u m of One hund red and n ine ty- th ree thousand e ight
h u n d r e d and eleven pounds for t he services set forth in t he

A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of t h e Consolidated R e v e n u e
F u n d of N e w Sou th W a l e s t he s u m so g ran ted to H e r Majes ty Be i t
A therefore

therefore enacted by t h e Queen 's Mos t Exce l len t Majes ty by and wi th t h e advice and consent of t he Legislat ive Council and Legislat ive Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—

1.    O u t of t he Consolidated R e v e n u e F u n d of N e w South "Wales

the re shal l and m a y be issued and applied for or towards m a k i n g good the supply so resolved to be gran ted to H e r Majesty for t h e said several services t h e s u m of F i v e h u n d r e d a n d th i r ty - two thousand e ight

h u n d r e d and eleven pounds of which the s u m of Three h u n d r e d and

th i r ty -n ine t h o u s a n d pounds is to be expended a t t h e ra tes which have been sanctioned for t h e year one t housand e ight hund red and e igh ty subject to t he r a t e of any reduct ion t h a t m a y hereafter be m a d e in t h e expend i tu re of t h e year one thousand e ight hundred and e ighty-one and One h u n d r e d and n ine ty - th ree t housand e igh t h u n d r e d and eleven pounds for t he services specified in t h e Schedule hereto annexed.

2. The Treasurer shall issue a n d pay t h e said s u m for the services aforesaid in such m a n n e r and in such proport ions as t h e Governor b y W a r r a n t s or Orders in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d and directed to t he said Treasurer shall f rom t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e p a y m e n t s so to be made shall be charged upon a n d payable out of t he Consolidated Revenue Fund of t he Colony.

3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts f rom t ime to t ime be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such W a r r a n t s or Orders A n d t h e receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m t h e same shall be so paid shall be full a n d valid discharges to t h e said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be the re in ment ioned and he shall receive credit for t he same accordingly.
