An Act to apply certain Sums out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales towards the Services of the Years 1878 and 1879. [23rd December, 1878.]
| WH E R E A S we Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales | in Parliament assembled have resolved to grant to Your Majesty |
| the sum of Two hundred and six thousand five hundred pounds for Services of the years one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight and one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine as set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund of New South Wales the sum so granted to Her Majesty Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legis lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :— | |
| 1. Out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund of New South Wales there shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply so resolved to be granted to Her Majesty for the services specified in the Schedule hereto annexed the sum of Two hundred and | |
