eight h u n d r e d and sixty-five t h e sum of one h u n d r e d and fourteen thousand two h u n d r e d and six pounds five shil l ings and eleven pence .
2. The Treasurer shall issue a n d pay t h e said s u m for t he

Governor by w a r r a n t s or orders in wr i t ing unde r h is h a n d and directed to t h e said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d t h e p a y m e n t s so to be made shall be charged u p o n and payable out of t h e Consolidated Revenue F u n d of t h e Colony.
| 3 . The Treasurer shall in his accounts from t i m e to t ime be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such w a r r a n t s or orders A n d the receipts of t h e respect ive persons to w h o m t h e same shall be so pa id shall be full and val id discharges to t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shall be t he re in ment ioned and h e shall receive credit for t he same accordingly. | No .
