No. XII.
An Act to apply certain Sums out of the Con- solidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales towards the service of the year 1866. [27th December, 1865.]
WHEREAS we Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects ]
the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Two hundred and eight thousand eight hundred and ninety- seven pounds fourteen shillings and nine-pence being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the Colony from first January to twenty-eighth February one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund of New South Wales the sum so granted to Your Majesty Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. Out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund of New South Wales J
| the supplies so resolved to be granted to Her Majesty for the service c | there shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good f | |
| of the first two months of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six commencing on the first day of January and ending on the twenty-eighth day of February in the said year the sum of Two hundred and eight thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven pounds fourteen shillings and nine-pence. | ||
| 2. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sum for the ^ services aforesaid in such manner and in such proportions as the \ Governor by Warrants or Orders in writing under his hand and | ||
| directed to the said Treasurer shall from time to time order and direct And the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund of the Colony. | ||
