2. The Treasurer shall issue a n d pay the said s u m for t h e
| Services aforesaid | in such m a n n e r | a n d in such propor t ions as t he |
Governor by w a r r a n t s or orders i n wr i t i ng unde r h is h a n d and directed to t h e said Treasure r shal l from t ime to t ime order and direct A n d the p a y m e n t s so to be m a d e shall he charged u p o n and
| payable ou t of t h e | Consolidated | R e v e n u e | F u n d | of t h e | Colony. |
3 . The Treasure r shall in his accounts from t ime to t i m e be
allowed credit for al l sums of money pa id by h i m in pu r suance of such
w a r r a n t s or orders A n d t h e receipts of t h e respect ive persons t o
| w h o m t h e same shal l be so pa id shall be full | a n d valid | discharges to |
t h e said Treasurer in pass ing his said accounts for such sums as shal l be the re in ment ioned and he shall receive credit for t h e same
accordingly.
