An Act for the appropriation of $195 664 000 out of the Consolidated Fund for the service of the financial year ending on 30 June 2011 for the purpose of making contributions to a number of Divisions of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2010

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2010-2011) Act 2011 . 2CommencementThis Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2010. 3Issue and appropriation of $195 664 000 (1)  In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2011, the Treasurer may issue the sum of $195 664 000 out of the Consolidated Fund. (2)  The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated. 4Purpose of appropriationThe sum of $195 664 000 is to be applied for the purposes specified in Schedule 1 . 5Expiry of ActThis Act expires on 30 June 2012.
