An Act for the appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund for the service of the financial year ending 30 June 2008 for the purpose of making a contribution to Division 3 of the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2007 , Finance-General

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2007-2008) Act 2007 . 2CommencementThis Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2007. 3Issue and appropriation of $50 000 000 (1)  In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2008, the Treasurer may issue the sum of $50 000 000 out of the Consolidated Fund. (2)  The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated. 4Purpose of appropriationThe sum of $50 000 000 is to be applied to Division 3 of the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2007 , Finance-General, representing a Recurrent Services appropriation.
