Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Amendment (Vehicle Control) Regulations 2023

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to consequentially amend the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013 following the making of the Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Interim Regulations 2023.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.

3Schedule 4 amended

In column 2 of Schedule 4 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013[1]—

(a)in item 2, for "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Regulations 2013" substitute "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Interim Regulations 2023[2]";

(b)in item 3, for "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Regulations 2013" substitute "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Interim Regulations 2023";

(c)in item 4, for "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Regulations 2013" substitute "Land Conservation (Vehicle Control) Interim Regulations 2023".
